Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures contract obligations are met by all parties and mitigates risks.
• Monitors commercial performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Drafts letters, notices and formal correspondence.
• Assesses and manages simple claims related to disputes or changes.
• Prepares documentation for entitlement assessment with regard to claims.
• Maintains accurate records of all purchase orders and reports on vendors' status.
