Job summary

Integrity Companies LLC in Roanoke, Texas is seeking a Purchasing Agent to manage purchasing for residential home construction, including trade partner relationships, pricing, scopes of work, purchase orders, and cost control.

The role collaborates with the Purchasing Manager, Construction, Sales, Starts, and other internal teams to ensure homes are purchased accurately, competitively, and in line with budgets, plans, and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in residential construction, production, or purchasing.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience that ensures success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing for assigned homes, communities, and product lines.
• Review pricing for accuracy and alignment with budgets and expectations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and work orders per company processes.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost trends and savings opportunities.
• Develop and maintain scopes of work for trades and ensure plans reflect current specifications.
• Partner with construction teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor material costs and supplier performance; resolve issues promptly.
