Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Manager at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, ensuring compliant purchasing across a complex program for the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement lifecycle management, strong supplier relationships, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in procurement or 14 years with HS diploma.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or team-lead experience with workload distribution and evaluations.
• Minimum 5 years applying FAR guidelines to procurement actions.
• Minimum 5 years executing purchasing lifecycle tasks (bid requests, evaluations, PO administration).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain active security clearance and AEDC network access.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Acquisitions Branch Manager and follows procurement policies.
• Ensure procurement operations satisfy project requirements and government policies.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Coordinate with engineering/operations to process requisitions for purchases.
• Develop and maintain procurement operating procedures.
• Supervise procurement staff and conduct annual reviews.
