Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Purchasing Manager at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, ensuring compliance with BNH policies and federal purchasing procedures to support AEDC test operations.

You will supervise bidding, evaluations, awards, and contract administration, while coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet project objectives and maintain security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with procurement experience.
• FAR guidelines experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement specialists and manage the purchasing lifecycle.
• Maintain government-approved purchasing system.
• Coordinate with customer, maintenance and operations teams.
• Oversee bid processes, supplier evaluations, and contract administration.
• Conduct personnel reviews and development.
