Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities for AEDC-related operations at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will manage a team of procurement specialists, ensure compliance with FAR and internal policies, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years in procurement leadership, and the ability to obtain an active security clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field, with at least 10 years in procurement.
• Or a high school diploma with at least 14 years in procurement/purchasing/subcontracts.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/lead experience with workload distribution and performance evaluations.
• Minimum 5 years interpreting and applying FAR guidelines to procurement actions.
• Minimum 5 years executing purchasing lifecycle tasks (bidding, bid evaluations, PO administration).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Acquisitions Branch Manager.
• Ensure procurement operations satisfy project requirements and policies.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Supervise procurement staff through bidding, evaluation, and award processes.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend salary actions.
