The role emphasizes organization, independence, and cost control for successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, 3 years in purchasing (plumbing/HVAC preferred), strong communication, and meticulous follow-up skills.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials and equipment by negotiating cost, delivery, and terms with vendors.
• Issue and verify costs of purchase orders against project estimates.
• Manage purchase orders for accurate tracking and expediting.
• Maintain strong vendor and internal team relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and guide purchasing staff and verify work performed by assistants.
• Attend project meetings to understand and align delivery schedules.
