Aufgaben

• Verify incoming and outgoing purchase orders and packing slips.
• Track and update inventory with accurate records.
• Create purchase orders and monitor their status.
• Verify costs of purchase orders against project estimates.
• Report inventory levels and discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager.
• Negotiate cost, delivery schedule, and terms with vendors.
• Follow up to ensure timely vendor delivery.
• Participate in project meetings to understand delivery schedules.
• Review delivery schedules with Purchasing Manager daily.
• Assist with purchasing tasks as requested.
