Job summary

Accelera in the United States (Lebanon facility) seeks a Purchaser to oversee local procurement, supplier relations, and reporting to support a high-precision supply chain. You will manage MRO, plant supplies, and services, ensuring alignment with CSR policies and internal guidelines.

The role requires SAP/MRP experience, ISO/cGMP knowledge, and strong English communication. You will report to the Procurement lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• APICS or CPIM certification is desirable.
• At least five years in purchasing or material planning.
• Three+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with MRP/MPS systems; SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with SAP and electronic quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/15378 and cGMP protocols.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local procurement activities in line with CSR and internal guidelines.
• Drive site objectives by delivering performance in your functional area.
• Provide local market data to support global purchasing strategies.
• Serve as the local supplier markets SME for internal customers.
• Execute full-cycle local procurement: sourcing, bidding, and timely delivery.
• Verify requisitions are complete before vendor processing.
• Function as central procurement contact for internal staff.
• Lead value and efficiency projects including global sourcing and benchmarking.
• Maintain accuracy of SAP purchase orders and pricing terms.
• Generate SAP/SIEVO/Celonis reports on open orders, spend, and savings.
