Qualifications

• Troubleshooting mechanical failures and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate ability to interface with staff at all levels.
• Travel 10–15% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop advanced pump assemblies and components.
• Lead engineering efforts from concept through product launch
• Troubleshoot and sustain existing products to enhance performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
• Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and durability standards
