Job summary

Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of mud pumps and related pumping equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine design and pump systems to deliver high-performance mechanical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years mechanical design; 5+ years preferred.
• Direct pump design experience required (mud pumps, PD pumps, frac pumps).
• Proficiency with CAD tools: Creo, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
• Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of mechanical equipment and pump systems.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and design layouts using CAD software.
• Perform stress analysis and finite element analysis for strength and reliability.
• Conduct tolerance analyses and review drawings for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Research, select, and specify components based on performance, quality, and cost.
• Develop test plans and conduct design validation to verify performance.
• Prepare technical reports documenting calculations, analyses, testing procedures.
