• 5+ years of hardware system testing, design integration, validation, and production test support for high-voltage/power systems.
• Ability to create test plans, run structured validation, document results, and communicate risk-based recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration across multiple disciplines and strong communication/presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware system integration, bring-up, and validation for high-voltage pulsed power systems.
• Develop and execute unit-level test plans and verification procedures.
• Translate system requirements into design specs, fixtures, data methods, and validation reports.
• Provide project management for R&D projects and coordinate with RF/controls/linac teams.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and RCA for component/interface failures.
• Support manufacturing, production, and field service as SME.
• Prepare docs and materials for manufacturing and service handoff.
