Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 0-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of circuits, electromagnetics, transmission lines, and power systems.
• Analytical, numerical, or computational methods ability.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and instrumentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on engineering work willingness.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, integration, and testing of HPM and pulsed-power systems.
• Develop prime-power, pulse-forming, power-conditioning, and impedance-matching approaches for RF systems.
• Integrate power sources, pulsed-power hardware, RF generators, and antennas.
• Plan and execute lab and field testing of high-voltage, high-current RF hardware.
• Select and configure instrumentation, diagnostics, and data-acquisition systems.
• Analyze experimental data and compare with predictions; identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pulsed-power, RF, and system-integration issues.
• Support fabrication and modification of experimental hardware and prototype systems.
• Document test procedures, results, analyses, and design recommendations.
• Collaborate across disciplines to transition concepts to prototypes.
