• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of circuits, electromagnetics, transmission lines, and electrical power systems
• Ability to perform analytical, numerical, or computational methods
• Experience with laboratory electrical test equipment and instrumentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on engineering work is required

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, integration, and testing of HPM and pulsed-power systems.
• Develop prime-power, pulse-forming, power-conditioning, and impedance-matching approaches for advanced RF systems.
• Integrate power sources, pulsed-power hardware, RF generators, transmission components, and antennas.
• Plan and execute lab and field testing of high-voltage, high-current, fast-pulse, and high-power RF hardware.
• Configure instrumentation, diagnostics, data-acquisition systems, and test equipment for transient measurements.
• Analyze experimental data and compare with predictions; identify system improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pulsed-power, RF, and integration issues during prototype testing.
• Document test procedures, results, analyses, and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to move concepts to prototypes
