Qualifications

Position Overview

We have been retained by an established, mid-sized heavy civil contractor with 30+ years in business to identify an experienced Construction Manager for its New York City operations.

The Construction Manager will lead complex heavy civil projects involving sitework, underground utilities, drainage, and stormwater management. This position requires significant NYC construction experience and the ability to manage projects from planning and mobilization through execution and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil construction projects throughout New York City.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Direct sitework, excavation, underground utility, drainage, and stormwater operations.
• Coordinate project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, owners, utilities, and agencies.
