Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with global ISVs, driving scale across WWPS in US Federal, State & Local Government, Education, Healthcare, and Nonprofit verticals.

This role requires US citizenship and a track record in partner GTM, BD, and complex enterprise engagements to deliver differentiated customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating business agreements.
• 5+ years professional or military experience.
• 5+ years with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking).
• 5+ years of GTM, BD, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI tech (AI/ML, Analytics, DB, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex tech to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the public sector partner relationship and drive joint business planning.
• Define and execute a joint GTM strategy to accelerate AWS adoption.
• Drive co-sell pipeline development and revenue growth with public sector customers.
• Collaborate with AWS field teams to align partner models with AWS services and requirements.
• Navigate FedRAMP and other compliance/security requirements related to partner deployments.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts tied to partner model releases and roadmaps.
• Build executive relationships with partner leadership and provide quarterly reviews.
• Advocate for the partnership across AWS WWPS leadership and resources.
