Job summary

Boomi, the data activation company for AI, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead strategic SLED engagements in North America, advising agency leadership and higher education executives on modernizing connectivity and data sovereignty across hybrid environments.

You will architect end-to-end integration, evaluate complex RFPs, and drive PoV programs, partnering with account executives and field engineers to win multi-pillar technical pursuits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing presales solutions engineering or technical consulting in public sector
• Experience leading architecture for state/local/higher education modernization
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and web services (REST/SOAP/GraphQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of end-to-end integration strategies for SLED customers
• Direct technical evaluation strategies for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in government contexts
• Coordinate internal specialists and partner architects on multi-pillar technical pursuits
• Lead Proof of Value engagements to validate security and operability of runtime configs
• Support complex public sector pursuits with executive storytelling and technical depth
