Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing presales solutions engineering or technical consulting in State, Local or Higher Education.
• Deep familiarity with public sector procurement rhythms and multi-tier committee evaluations.
• Hands-on mastery of enterprise integration patterns and web services (REST/SOAP/GraphQL).
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into measurable mission outcomes for executives.
• Experience navigating secure, hybrid runtimes across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of end-to-end integration strategies across agencies and universities.
• Architect solutions compliant with StateRAMP, FedRAMP, CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, and NIST guidelines.
• Direct technical evaluation strategies for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and public procurements.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical pursuits with buying committees.
• Lead Proof of Value evaluations validating Boomi runtimes across hybrid footprints.
• Design connectivity between core public systems and cloud platforms (GovCloud, Azure/Gov).
• Coordinate internal specialists and partner architects to win multi-pillar pursuits.
