UKG is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support U.S. Public Sector sales, including Federal, State, and Local transactions.

You will lead complex matters from intake through execution, advise cross-functional teams on procurement and contracting issues, and drive practical improvements to legal processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Sales Operations, and Legal on RFPs, cooperative and schedule contracts, and contract management, ensuring compliance with regulatory

Formación

• J.D. Law degree with a license to practice in a U.S. state.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in U.S. Public Sector sales, procurement, or commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and independent judgment with cross-functional credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex Public Sector customer agreements and partner arrangements.
• Advise Sales, Services, Sales Operations, and Legal on RFPs, procurement options, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Security, and Engineering on regulatory issues and UKG processes.
• Lead legal projects (templates, playbooks, process improvements) with limited supervision.
• Provide clear legal guidance and mentor colleagues across teams.
