Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice.
• 10+ years of in-house or law firm experience focusing on U.S. public sector compliance and government contracts.
• Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and related statutes.
• Proven track record developing and implementing compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on compliance with laws and regulations, including FAR/DFARS.
• Develop policies to foster trust and mitigate public sector risks.
• Conduct internal assessments and monitor for compliance issues.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Partner with Government Affairs to influence evolving regulations.
