The position requires a high school diploma with four years of accounting experience or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• General accounting knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payables: process invoices and payments.
• Back up for Accounts Receivable and revenue reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliations and client billing.
• Maintain vendor lists and assist with purchase orders.
