Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in disbursements (accounts payable) preferred.
• Two years experience reviewing, managing or monitoring contracts/grants preferred.
• Two years experience interpreting and applying laws and agency policies preferred.
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply State & Federal laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process State agencies' vouchers and MFMP payment requests.
• Audit and process State agencies' journal transfers.
• Communicate audit findings verbally and in writing.
• Perform other related duties and special projects.
