Qualifications

• Proficiency in English grammar, usage, spelling and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch police units, and refer callers to ensure service.
• Maintain radio contact with all units on assignment.
• Coordinate emergency calls and relay information with other agencies.
• Query information from law enforcement networks (wanted persons, criminal history, etc.).
• Enter vehicle information and manage records in the CAD system.
• Prepare written reports related to communication and investigations.
