We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Public Relations Manager to lead our PR efforts in North America. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications initiatives that enhance brand awareness, manage media relationships, and support product and campaign launches across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional PR strategies aligned with global brand direction and product launches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tech, gaming, and lifestyle media, influencers, and press outlets
• Act as company spokesperson for North American media inquiries and product showcases
• Write, localize, and distribute press releases, media kits, and talking points
• Coordinate media interviews, press briefings, and product review programs
• Collaborate with product marketing, community, and social teams to ensure message consistency
• Track and analyze PR performance metrics and report results to stakeholders
• Manage external PR agencies or freelancers when necessary
• Crisis communications planning and response
• Represent Cooler Master at major trade shows, conventions, and launch events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the tech, hardware, or consumer electronics sector
• Proven media and influencer network in North America (especially in PC/Gaming/Tech)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and media monitoring
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Passion for gaming, DIY PC building, and/or tech culture is a strong plus

Preferred

• Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus
• Experience managing product reviews and embargoed media
