We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PR Manager to join the team of top crypto media. As a PR Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing public relations strategies for the clients from the digital assets space.

What you will do:

• Create and manage tailored communication and PR strategy: Conduct audits, develop narrative frameworks and topic-based PR content calendars, and assess the client’s positioning before launching outreach.
• Monitor news cycles and proactively pitch stories: Track crypto/Web3 media trends and match emerging stories to client narratives, generating timely and relevant pitch ideas.
• Manage media outreach and journalist relationships: Maintain active contact with Web3 journalists, pitch stories, and coordinate interviews and other media opportunities.
• Lead client communication and manage expectations: Act as the main point of contact, lead calls, present plans, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Create outlines and direct content production: Develop editorial outlines and brief the authors to produce high-quality materials.
• Support crisis communication efforts and handle media inquiries for clients: Provide support and media coordination during sensitive periods.
• Collaborate with internal team members: Work with influencer managers, writers, and other team members to deliver integrated, high-impact communications.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3/NFT PR: Agency or in-house background, with hands-on client work.
• Strong crypto media network: Must have active, relevant journalist contacts and be able to leverage them effectively.
• Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to assess positioning, identify narratives, and generate proactive media angles based on market context.
• Industry awareness: Solid understanding of the crypto and finance landscape, news cycles, and media dynamics.
• Excellent English and confident communication: Comfortable leading client and media calls, presenting ideas, and building trusted relationships.
• Content direction experience: Skilled in crafting outlines and briefs for editorial content; familiarity with multiple publication formats.
• Client-facing ownership and reporting: Able to manage communication, reporting, and day-to-day workflow independently across several accounts.
• Strong organizational and project management skills: Efficient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

• Crisis PR experience will be a huge plus: Hands-on involvement in reputation or issue management is a strong plus.
