OPA is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement for Finnart OFD and related sites across the UK. The role will focus on contract administration, supplier management and ensuring value for money under Public Procurement Regulations 2023. Occasional travel and a remote/home-based option are available.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a senior public procurement role, MCIPS or equivalent, and strong IT and procurement software skills. Driving licence preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior public procurement role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations 2023.
• Experience in high-hazard regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to manage end-to-end procurement and stakeholder relations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare commercial reports and manage project pipelines.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Research for best-value products and suppliers with delivery schedules.
• Support staff with procurement activities and Tender Site navigation.
• Create vendor files and perform credit checks as needed.
• Raise purchase orders and drive on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier/contractor performance and records.
• Resolve quality issues within supply base.
• Contribute to purchasing strategy, policies and procedures.
• Produce management information and tender scoping.
• Assist in evaluating bids and contract drafting/negotiation.
