Job summary

1st Executive Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to join a fast-paced engineering team. This role delivers commercial excellence across multiple spend categories and drives tangible savings.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate high-value contracts and monitor supplier performance to maximise value while managing risk. Hybrid working with 3 days in office.

Location: Oxfordshire - 3 days per week in office
