Qualifications

  • Basic Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Specialized Experience: LEVEL IV: Two and one-half (2-1/2) years of specialized experience.
  • LEVEL V: Three and one-half (3-1/2) years of specialized experience.
  • LEVEL VI: Four and one-half (4-1/2) years of specialized experience.
  • Progressively responsible professional planning experience which included the collection and evaluation of an extensive variety of physical, social, economic and environmental data.

Responsibilities

  • They formulate plans, which are statements of goals and objectives, recommend alternatives for actions and recommend policies and programs within a significant time period; and
  • The plans they formulate are for a broad area of concern having a direct impact on and/or are directly affected by more on functional concern or activity of the State government.
