• Master's degree in public health or related field, or BA/BS plus 5 years' public health program experience.
• Experience designing and implementing public health programs.
• Knowledge of coalition-building and community organizing.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and write clear reports.
• Experience planning community meetings and events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to support coalition development.
• Supervise program staff and evaluate work performance.
