Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of health/public health-related experience involving direct patient services or regulatory activities.
• OR Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; OR 7 years total experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience; at least 1 year in program management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HIV/STD Field Services programs in the Central Islip Regional Office.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and supervise field staff.
• Analyze statistical reports and conduct on-site visits.
• Provide technical assistance and participate in statewide coordination projects.
