Job summary

LSU Health New Orleans is seeking a Regional Coordinator for the HIV-STD Program to coordinate statewide STD, HIV and teen pregnancy initiatives in a defined region. The role includes overseeing contracts, coordinating with public, private, and nonprofit partners, and ensuring program activities align with CDC/HRSA/OPH guidelines.

Remote work eligibility is available per Chancellor's Memorandum-73 and School of Public Health policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or closely related discipline.
• Three years of relevant professional experience in public health or program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple program elements of statewide STD, HIV and teen pregnancy initiatives.
• Oversee contracts and coordination with community agencies and grantees.
• Monitor data collection and program performance to ensure compliance with CDC/HRSA/OPH guidelines.
