Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years in health, human services or related field.
• Or an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• At least one year of program management and/or supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HIV/STD Field Services programs in the Central Islip Regional Office.
• Supervise field staff, review workload and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and provide technical assistance.
• Analyze statistical reports, conduct on-site visits, and address emergent issues.
