Job summary

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Public Health Representative IV to coordinate HIV/STD Field Services in the Central Islip Regional Office. You will work with partners regionally and supervise field staff performing disease intervention activities.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, conducting on-site visits, addressing operational issues, and providing technical assistance to staff, with a focus on statewide coordination and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of health/public health experience; or an Associate's degree with five years, or seven years of experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience; at least one year in program management and/or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HIV/STD Field Services programs in the Central Islip Regional Office.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and supervise field staff.
• Perform data analysis, site visits, and support disease intervention activities.
