Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience and strong GIS/analytics skills. Master’s degree is highly preferred, with experience in Epic Cogito and publicly available datasets advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required with 3+ years of experience.
• Master's degree preferred; strong GIS and analytics skills expected.
• Experience with public datasets and Epic Cogito desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop meaningful data reports for public health insights.
• Synthesize information to inform strategy for Bexar County and health equity.
• Monitor indicators of community conditions and social determinants of health.
• Develop data products integrating datasets using ArcGIS, Excel and Stata.
