Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years experience in state and community relations.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local legislative processes.
• Ability to negotiate with state and community leaders.
• Proficiency in sharing and presenting business information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legislative and policy analysis to determine impact and develop strategies.
• Coordinate advocacy strategies before district and local audiences.
• Maintain public policy relationships with state/local governments and business groups.
• Develop strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor policy developments and brief senior leadership accordingly.
• Serve as liaison to officials and manage external lobbyist relationships.
