Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in engineering, technical operations, project execution, or engineering services delivery.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated leadership or prior lead experience.
• Strong ability to guide technical decision-making across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective prioritization and planning with execution discipline.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple streams.
• Familiarity with project tracking, PLM systems, and coordination tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and support a global 24/7 organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction across engineering activities including rack development, tooling, and documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of engineering standards.
• Review approaches for complex or high-risk work.
• Serve as focal point for escalations.
• Ensure the team has clear technical direction, tooling, and expectations to deliver.
• Align Engineering Services activities with delivery requirements and cross-functional needs.
• Oversee delivery across projects and manage budgets.
• Monitor progress and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Lead development of proposals by defining scope and execution approach.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and coordination.
• Lead and develop a flexible, cross-functional team.
