Job summary

Corewell Health Berkley seeks an experienced Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team. The role blends clinical practice with operational leadership, with about half time spent delivering direct patient care and half time guiding a team of 12–15 therapists and registrars.

You will develop programs, policies, and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program Required.
• 3 -5 years of clinical PT experience Required.
• MI Physical Therapist Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 days Required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operational effectiveness of rehabilitation services.
• Perform duties of licensed Physical Therapist and oversee clinical care.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures and processes.
• Set goals, develop programs, manage resources and ensure standards of care.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and staff development.
