Great Bay Staffing Group (Philadelphia suburbs) seeks a Physical Therapy Manager to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will balance hands-on clinical work with leadership duties, guiding a rehabilitation team and coordinating patient care with orthopedic physicians.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
• Current, active Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical physical therapy experience, outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare or rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of PT clinic operations: scheduling, billing, compliance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; effective communication.
• Experience with EMR and rehabilitation documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of outpatient physical therapy clinic, including scheduling and patient care coordination.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop PT staff and support personnel.
• Maintain active clinical caseload while fulfilling management duties.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and medical staff for integrated care.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Implement quality improvement and ensure compliance with PT standards.
• Monitor productivity, patient satisfaction, and KPIs.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and resource allocation.
• Lead continuing education and evidence-based practice.
