Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead an outpatient rehabilitation team in Berkley, MI. The role combines 50% direct patient care with operational and clinical leadership of about 12–15 therapists and registrars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program required.
• 3–5 years of clinical PT experience required.
• MI Physical Therapist licensed.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift accountability for supervising and coordinating operational effectiveness of the rehabilitation services.
• Performs duties of licensed Physical Therapist.
• Contributes to policy, procedure, and process development with leaders to ensure high-quality services.
• Goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, HR development, and performance improvement.
