Responsibilities

• Create a safe therapeutic environment focusing on patient safety and staff welfare.
• Provide skilled PT interventions including edema management, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Document evaluation, goals, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions and communicate with patients and families.
• Supervise therapy interns and participate in educational and research activities.
