Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and managing clinical programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise psychological staff in evaluations, counseling, testing, and crisis response.
• Develop and maintain psychological services programs; assist in policy creation.
• Direct institutional committees overseeing mental health and treatment reviews.
• Set clinical competencies, review assessments, and maintain testing standards.
• Provide guidance to staff and units on mental health treatment and case planning.
• Represent the facility in legal proceedings and ensure accreditation standards.
