Job summary

Responsibilities include audits readiness, supervising staff, coordinating psychiatry input, and ensuring legal documentation for court-related orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the theory, principles, and practices of psychological assessments.
• Knowledge of the theory, principles, and practices of behavioral interventions (behavioral modification; behavioral management).
• Ability to supervise psychology assistants and provide training to staff.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and maintain comprehensive records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Hogan Regional Center is prepared for audits or reviews of psychological services.
• Coordinate and oversee the Medication Review Committees with consulting psychiatrists.
• Ensure Roger’s Affidavits and related court orders are current and properly documented.
• Partner with Facility Director on policy development to align with regulations and best practices.
• Oversee clinical supervision of Psychological Assistants and perform regular performance appraisals.
• Review and approve psychology services, assessments, treatment plans, and staff training.
• Provide training to staff on psychological services and Coordinated Treatment Plans.
• Participate in and chair the Regional PBS initiative and related PBS activities.
