Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with the required Massachusetts registration.
• Experience with behavioral interventions and crisis intervention.
• Ability to supervise psychology assistants and provide clinical consultation.
• Ability to collect and analyze clinical data and maintain records.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Ability to work in a complex regulatory environment.
• Team collaboration with multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Hogan Regional Center is well positioned for audits and reviews.
• Coordinate and oversee the Medication Review Committees with consulting psychiatrists.
• Maintain legal paperwork and ensure timely court reviews and documentation.
• Support policy development aligning with regulations and best practices.
• Supervise psychology assistants and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Review and approve psychology services, treatment plans, and staff training.
• Provide staff training on psychological services and Coordinated Treatment Plans.
• Serve on the Regional Peer Review Committee and PBS initiatives; chair PBS initiatives at Hogan RC.
• Advise administration on issues affecting psychological wellbeing.
