Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA‑accredited program.
• Current and valid MA psychology license required.
• Experience supervising psychology staff and trainees.
• Forensic assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Psychology staff.
• Oversee psychology department evaluations and hiring.
• Coordinate training and in-service programs for staff.
• Supervise Positive Behavior Support plans.
• Conduct psychotherapy and psychological testing.
• Perform forensic evaluations and report writing.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Nursing Executive.
• Ensure compliance with DMH, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
