Description

The Department of Mental Health (DMH), Southeast Area, Taunton State Hospital is seeking a dynamic candidate to serve as the Security Team Specialist (STS) Supervisor establishes, monitors, and enforces appropriate security and emergency procedures at Taunton State Hospital and the Recovery from Addictions Program. The ideal candidate will supervise and evaluate the performance and competency compliance of STS personnel; ensure appropriate staffing; assist with arranging necessary training for staff; prepare reports; assist with maintaining liaison with law enforcement agencies as well as other emergency responders; participate in hiring; oversee the requisition of supplies; and perform related work as assigned.
