Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from a school accredited by the American Psychological Association.
• At least three years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional experience as a licensed psychologist.
• Current and valid registration as a Psychologist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized psychological assessments including standardized tools and risk behaviors.
• Provide initial and periodic psychological assessments of adults.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with regular reviews.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities for severe mental illness.
• Supervise staff and provide training to multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk management strategies as needed.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in client documentation and meet quality assurance requirements.
