Qualifications

• Independent licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Services related field (psychology or social work).
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 5 years counseling experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Support program clinical director in developing goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with leadership, clinical, and quality of care requirements.
• Develop and review policies and procedures regularly.
• Provide supervision to program staff and maintain supervisory notes.
• Deliver direct clinical services including evaluations, counseling, and crisis management.
