CJ Schwan’s in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Sr. PSM Specialist for day shift to own the Process Safety Management program and drive regulatory compliance across the site.

You will lead the fourteen PSM elements, coordinate EPA RMP requirements, and partner with EHS and operations to strengthen safety and operations. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 with a 10% incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Safety Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, ideally with ammonia refrigeration.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA compliance requirements and regulatory processes.
• Experience in PSM, ammonia refrigeration systems, and safety program implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure OSHA PSM compliance and EPA RMP requirements.
• Lead PSM/RMP incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate and document all fourteen PSM elements and EPA requirements.
• Perform hazard evaluations (PHAs) and revalidations for projects.
• Support emergency planning and HazMat activities with site leadership and EHS.
• Collaborate with operations to strengthen safety and process excellence.
