Job summary

Trident Seafoods seeks a Senior PSM Coordinator to oversee the implementation and coordination of PSM, RMP and CAA 608 programs across Alaska shore plants. You will lead PSM Coordinators and guide compliance with state and federal regulations, reporting to the Division Manager of Refrigeration Engineering.

The role requires strong experience in PSM/RMP, audits, management of change, and process safety culture development, with collaboration across engineering, maintenance and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent in a technical topic.
• Knowledge of PSM standards and RMP rule is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements PSM programs and ensures regulatory requirements are met.
• Leads PSM Coordinators and ensures alignment with Division Manager of Refrigeration Engineering.
• Conducts audits and inspections of plant performance and actions.
• Coordinates with Plan Managers on PSM and RMP activities at local and asset levels.
• Supports corporate PSM/RMP audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provides training and guidance on PSM/RMP topics as required.
