Job summary

Trident Seafoods seeks a dedicated PSM/RMP Coordinator to lead and coordinate process safety programs across its Alaska shore plants. You will ensure regulatory compliance, provide expert training, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize safety performance.

The role requires strong knowledge of PSM/RMP regulations, audits, and change management, with hands-on experience in industrial safety and process safety information management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities.
• Experience with regulatory audits and process safety management.
• Familiarity with PHAs, MOC and PSSR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PSM, RMP programs and regulatory compliance at Alaska shore plants.
• Provide high-level PSM training and develop plant policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits, training, and field support for action item closure.
• Coordinate MOC, PSSR, and change management across assets.
