Job summary

Trident Seafoods, Alaska, is seeking a PSM/RMP Coordinator to oversee the implementation and coordination of PSM, RMP and CAA 608 programs across its shore plants. You will ensure regulatory compliance, train personnel, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvements in process safety.

The role requires at least 3 years of PSM/RMP leadership, an technical associate degree, and experience with industrial refrigeration and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent in a technical topic.
• Preferred food processing background and knowledge of PSM/RMP rules.

Responsibilities

• Implements PSM programs and ensures regulatory requirements are met.
• Provides direction to PSM teams and trains plant personnel.
• Conducts audits and inspections of plant performance and activities.
• Coordinates PSM and RMP program activities at local/asset levels.
• Maintains PSM training matrix and conducts related training.
